- Chiropractor - USSU has a room for chiropractic adjustments. Free for all athletes to relive stiffness, gain mobility, and feel better.

Tuition & Financials

Tuition and Soccer Scholarships:

- USSU tuition is based on the number of classes (credit hours) you schedule. Therefore, our soccer scholarships are given as a percentage. For example, tuition for a player taking 8 classes a year (4 per semester) will have a tuition of approximately $15,000. If that player is given a 35% soccer scholarship, the scholarship will cover 35% of tuition costs. Which is a $5,250 scholarship in this example.

- All players must have a completed FAFSA Application before classes begin.

*Be sure to add USSU on the application when selecting possible colleges.

- All players that are Alabama residents must complete the Alabama Student Grant Application for an additional grant of approximately $2,000 per year. This form must be completed each semester.

About USSU Soccer

What makes our college and soccer program stand out:

- Classes start around 11:00am, therefore, players attend soccer practice in the mornings at 9:00am.

- USSU has no classes on Fridays.

- For out-of-state players, USSU does not increase the tuition rate.

- The athletics teams are sponsored by Nike.

- Time available for on-campus or off-campus part-time jobs.

- A uniquely personable environment where class sizes are small and professors know you.

- Classes can be taken online or in-person.

- An enjoyable and competitive college soccer environment.

- Food trucks are often on campus.

- Multiple clubs and organizations join.

- Campus wide contests such as scavenger hunts and TikTok challenges.

- Intramural sports and events.

- Off-campus housing.

- Daphne, Alabama is a great city located on the water with nearby beaches, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. A safe and fun place to live!

Housing

USSU utilizes off-campus housing, meaning student-athletes rent apartments or houses nearby campus.

- Many apartment complexes surround USSU's campus, as close as 0.6 miles away.

- Can be as affordable or even more affordable than a typical college dorm room, and with much more space.

- Coaches help find roommates within the team.

- View a comprehensive list of some of the nearby apartment complexes and rates HERE.
